Refund

We want you to love your nails. If something's not right, we have a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@lacy.ch and we'll send instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lacy.ch and we'll make it right.
